By placing an order with Sparklers US, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and our Terms of Sale.
STANDARD RETURN WINDOW
All other products in our shop follow a 30-day return window from the date the package is shown delivered by the carrier. If 30 days have passed and a return request has not been initiated, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns for pyrotechnic items, including wedding sparklers, cake sparklers, bottle sparklers, star-shaped sparklers, heart-shaped sparklers, dessert sparklers, or confetti cannons. Sale items are also not refundable.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Partially used items from any multi-pack or set cannot be returned (for example, returning 12 LED ice cubes from a set of 24 is not permitted). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (5-DAY NOTICE)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of the carrier’s Delivered scan by emailing hello@sparklers.us with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the product, outer carton, and shipping label. Claims received after 5 business days may be denied. Retain all packaging until your claim is resolved. For packages damaged in transit, also see our Shipping Policy and Shipping Protection terms.
CHECKOUT+ (PACKAGE PROTECTION)
If Checkout+ (package protection) was selected at checkout, we will support you directly if a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged (follow the 5-day notice above). When a return of goods is required to resolve a covered Checkout+ claim, we will provide a prepaid return label. In all other instances (e.g., delivery delays, address issues, misrouted scans), please contact the carrier directly.
If Checkout+ was not purchased, we will assist you in opening a carrier claim where eligible; replacements/refunds are not guaranteed if the carrier marks the package Delivered. If a return of goods is required to resolve your request and Checkout+ was not purchased, you have full responsibility for returning the package to us, including arranging and paying for return shipping, using a trackable service, and ensuring the package reaches us.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Submit your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Unapproved returns may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING & TRACKING
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you buy your own label, use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or returned to the wrong address.
RESTOCKING FEE, FEES & NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
Approved returns are refunded for the full product value less a 20% restocking fee, less all shipping charges (both to you and from you). Shipping costs and Package Protection fee are non-refundable.
INSPECTION & PROCESSING TIMES
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and to approve or reject the refund based on this policy. Returns typically process within 7–10 business days after the package is received.
REFUNDS
If approved, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. Timing varies by institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not seen your refund: (1) check your bank account again; (2) contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted; (3) contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts. If you have completed these steps and still do not see the refund, email hello@sparklers.us.
EXCHANGES
We replace items only if defective or damaged (subject to the 5-business-day notice). To request an exchange for the same item, submit an “Exchange Request” through the Returns & Exchanges Portal with your order number, zip code, and email address used at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTES
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or that are received in non-resalable condition. Return shipments sent without prior authorization, to the wrong address, or back to the manufacturer may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
