By placing an order with Sparklers US, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Sale. This policy is designed to be clear and fair while protecting both you and our business.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday by 3:00 p.m. EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. U.S. orders ship from Miami, Florida. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. All shipments are subject to successful payment, address verification, item availability, and carrier pickup schedules.
CARRIERS & SERVICE SELECTION
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. At checkout, you may select an available service for your address; otherwise, we will ship via the best available option based on speed, reliability, and package contents. Multiple delivery options are shown at checkout; prices and estimated delivery times vary by ZIP code and package contents. Note: No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO—a physical address is required.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: PHYSICAL ADDRESS REQUIRED
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries. If a P.O. Box or APO/FPO is entered at checkout, we will request an updated physical address to proceed.
HOLIDAYS (NO SHIPPING OR DELIVERY)
No shipping or delivery occurs on New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
U.S. TRANSIT TIMES (ESTIMATES)
Standard Shipping 3–8 business days; Expedited Shipping 1–3 business days. Transit times begin after a package has shipped, exclude weekends/holidays, and are provided by carriers; they are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier network issues, peak volume, and remote destinations may extend delivery times.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
When your order ships, you will automatically receive tracking by email, SMS, or both (based on your checkout details). For exact-location inquiries or real-time status, contact the carrier directly; our team sees the same tracking information displayed to you.
FREE SHIPPING (U.S.)
Free Shipping applies within the United States to Wedding Sparklers–only orders with a **subtotal of $50+ (**subtotal calculated after discounts and before taxes/fees). If your cart contains items other than Wedding Sparklers, standard rates apply. Free Shipping uses an eligible economy service to your address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in your shipping price. By placing an international order, you agree to pay all applicable customs fees charged by your country. Customs processing timelines cannot be predicted or guaranteed. If duties/taxes are refused and a shipment is returned or abandoned, shipping charges are non-refundable and additional return or disposal fees may apply.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESULTS
Provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address at checkout, including apartment/suite/unit numbers. Once an order has shipped, rerouting is rarely possible and may incur additional charges. Carrier scans indicating delivery to the address, building, mailroom, parcel locker, or an authorized recipient constitute delivery. Packages returned as Undeliverable/Refused/Return to Sender due to address issues or failure to pick up may require reshipment fees. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is accepted by the carrier. We will assist with reasonable carrier investigations, but we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss while the package is in carrier custody, unless you purchased Shipping Protection.
OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION
At checkout, you may add Shipping Protection. If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, you’re covered for a hassle-free reorder.
How to file: Email hello@sparklers.us with your order number and the email address used at purchase.
- With Shipping Protection: We will promptly arrange a replacement according to the protection terms.
- Without Shipping Protection: We will help open a carrier claim where eligible; replacements/refunds are not guaranteed, including when the carrier marks a package Delivered.
RESTRICTED ITEMS & COMPLIANCE
Certain products may be subject to carrier, age, hazard, or local/state legal restrictions. We may cancel or modify orders that cannot be shipped safely or legally to your location. You are responsible for ensuring the items purchased are permitted at the destination.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@sparklers.us immediately. We process quickly to meet our same-day cutoff; changes are not guaranteed once an order is queued for fulfillment or shipped.
